Grade 11 law recommended This course examines both Canadian and International Law in a global context. We will study the historical framework of various laws and their philosophical principles and origins. Issues encountered in international law will be examined for their application to issues in Canadian society while Canadian law will be held up to the scrutiny of the international community. Students will critically analyze case studies and communicate their findings in a variety of ways.
