This course prepares and motivates students to provide leadership and assistance to others in the school and larger community. Students will develop skills in communication, interpersonal relations, coaching, leadership, teamwork, and conflict management, and apply them in a service work commitment as peer tutors, coaches, camp counselors, elementary school assistants, and retreat leaders. Students will also learn the value of developing positive habits that contribute to their well-being, relationships and helping others throughout their lives.
