Featuring a performance by the Neil McNeil concert band, as well as a gallery of visual artwork, and a presentation of multi-media artwork, the Neil Spring Arts festival and Concert promises to be a great display of the amazing talents of Neil McNeil arts students.

Tickets are $2 for students and children and $3 for adults.
